"Bad customer service!"
Bad customer service!! I ordered the same prints in April, repeated the order with the same discounts. They were never applied at checkout? Can't talk to anyone? I requested the discounts by chat and ending up being double charged, now I have to dispute with my credit card company! I'll never use them again. They will ruin the experience for you!

While I liked that I could easily see proofs of the graduation announcements I made, the shipping time is unacceptable and way late in an amazon prime world. I ordered 70 graduation announcements 11 days ago. When making the cards, it showed a 6-8 day estimate to arrive. When I clicked purchase, it then sent a receipt with a 13 day receipt time. I waited for tracking to appear, and it showed a 10 day delivery time which was 1 day within my window of when I needed them to leave town. I waited all day for them to arrive and checked tracking several times. Not here. Very disappointed. Now, even if the quality is good, it won't matter because they will be late once I return from moving my daughter home from college. Poor turnaround time. Use another service.

I have used Shutterfly many times over the years. Hence, I never thought to read the reviews when ordering again.... Placed an order early to ensure it would be received in plenty of time for a birthday gift. Received a "shipped" notification within a few days - however the shipment was never received by the carrier. After checking for several day I reached out (no way to reach a live person, only chat) and the order has been reordered and will be received AFTER the birthday occasion. Is Shutterfly broken?? No way to leave review on their site (surprise). Companies need to realize you can't run a company completely automated - there is value in staffing live persons!!!

"0% satisfaction and happiness for Shutterfly"
I have used shutterfly for over a decade. It use to be a friendly to use photo company. I ordered photo books for a sports team banquet. I ordered the books a month before I needed them. The order came a week later but 2 books were missing. There is no way to talk to someone in person, so I had to use the digital messaging. I spent over 4 hours on the digital messaging trying to convey that 2 books were missing. Finally shutterfly had me reorder the 2 books and credited me the money but would not do a rush order even though I repeatedly told them I needed the books for a banquet. 10 days later still no books and I look into it and find out that the books went missing. I had to then go on the digital messaging and they were going to reorder the books again but now the books were going to be after the banquet even though there was a week to go. One would think that this company would do anything they could to get me the books on time. Such a disgrace

"Now Useless"
Shutterfly decided to completely remove the most useful feature of Shared sites with no way to access them and no transfer of data from those sites. Instead of having an alternative and moving these shared pictures somewhere else, they decided to delete all of them. Now years of photos shared between many people are gone with no way to get them back. If the company really cared they could have created an archive and moved the sites and connected photos somewhere else. They also could have not removed tone of the most useful features they had. Now its just a slightly more expensive version of google photos because all you can do now is some scrap booking.

I have never used this company or even heard of it but they keep sending me emails telling me that all the photos on my account will be deleted if I don't make a purchase. There is no way on their web site to email them to ask why they keep sending me emails when I have no account with them

"Never say never"
Never say never, I guess....that's what they said a long time ago...that they would NEVER delete the share sites - your photos were safe. Well guess what - all my kids photos are gone. But I guess it's ok as they made a mint off me on products over the years. So sick of the vacant promises from these companies. It was nice having my photos in one place for gifts, etc...and to share with family so they could print items and patronize. Their decision to take away the NEVER seems short sighted. I will NEVER order a thing from them again. Thanks for trashing all my photos. Your memories and creations aren't safe here

"Received my order and it is total crap"
Received my order and it is total crap. Many pictures had peoples heads or other body parts cut off. Or they just cut the bottom of the picture off completely. The quality of ink was very poor and looked off. The sizing is also off. The 5x 7’s are actually only 5 x 6.5. Never heard of that. If I could keep 5 of the 50 I ordered I will be lucky. Never again will I use Shutterfly. Also read that Snapfish bought out Shutterfly so won’t try them either. So disappointed. Do not use Shutterfly!

"Quality of Paper Changed Dramatically"
Have completed 10+ Shutterfly books of cruise travels. We always order books with the same specifications. The difference in the quality of the paper in the most recent book is very noticeable. Much thinner/cheaper. Not nearly as nice as the previous books. We'll be looking for a new vendor. A false economy, Shutterfly!

Really? You just delete all memories for individuals that were your customers? They should have had a button on those emails warning of the deletion of files that their customers had to click on to acknowledge that they got the damn message. Then if certain customers had not responded, they could have done a little more to reach out to them, money grubbing capitalist pigs

"Ordered expedited shipping to have it sit one town over for 4 days"
Ordered 30 pics on Monday. Paid 15$ for expedited shipping on a $5 order. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Arrived in town next to mine Thurs afternoon. Notified today it will be delivered Monday. Wanted it by Saturday to work on a project this weekend for a memorial next week. Now I don't have the items and they will be arriving in the same time frame they would have if I hadn't paid the exorbitant fee to have 30 pics delivered in 5 days instead of 8-10 days. What a JOKE. Thanks for nothing Shutterfly and DHL. Guess they don't bother delivering on the weekend.

My order for my anniversary was supposed to arrive days ago. It still hasn’t shipped. They have horrible customer service. I always forget this about them. It’s rolling the dice whether you get a project on time or if it’s going to be decent I’ll never use them again.
